Steak Start….Grilling on Labor Day

Just a quick photo essay of the steps it took to get the steak to the grill. I have not shown you the one step I took of salting and peppering the steak…sorry. Your thoughts are welcome, as are links to your food prep. If I take shots during the meal, I’ll give another post of the finished creation.
