		<description>I have always made my team part of creating the presentation that way we all feel comfortable (myself included) in how the content is to be communicated. Even though you are all speaking the same language you have to be conscious of dialect. I have also found that we all learn from each other and the message becomes very consistent when using this method. Therefore our presentation has greater impact on the recipients.
