You are meeting people who are passionate about what they do. I think that's the magical part since most people don't get to do what they love. They're busy doing something they can tolerate to get a paycheck every week. Granted, Brogan is a making a killing while still doing what he loves, but even if he wasn't, I bet he's still do it. As a former President of the Emerson College SPJ chapter, I know that the tools for journalism now are incredible. And to teach that to reporters around the country would be amazing.
