Today I sent out a tweet to find out if the folks at the Today Show had archived a segment I didn’t get to watch about my quasi foster brother-in-law. This kid, Morris Michael, came from the Sudan to graduate from Columbia University. And he was a foster child at my girlfriend’s mother’s house in Syracuse when he first arrived in the United States.

What makes this a social media story is that the folks at the Today Show responded quickly with a link to that segment so I could easily watch what I had missed on regular TV earlier this morning. Here’s the embedded video…
