Al Gore’s a weenie

Earth won’t end on the morrow

And he’s gotten fat

That Haiku was inspired after seeing Mr. Gore on the Oscars or Emmy’s or Academy Awards or some such show. In every shot he appeared, I noticed he has packed on some weight. Maybe he should study evolution a little more and realize that when nature starts to prepare for the long winter, all the animals start to bulk up.

Well, I surmise that the long winter ahead – as predicted by Gore’s additional 60-90lbs – is an ice age, not a globally warm orb floating through space. So lighten up. And stop making so many trips to the all-you-can-eat ex-vice-presidential buffet.
