OK, it’s Festivus

Only about eight years have passed since Seinfeld had an episode about this holiday ritual…really an anti-organized religious holiday ritual. And now it’s a massive craze.

People I know are buying Festivus poles and having Festivus parties. The airing of grievences is my favorite part – in theory. I’m actually afraid of this part of the Festivus tradition because my shortcomings might be great fodder for the Festivus celebrants.
