SausageFest 2007
October 23, 2007
I think I mentioned it before, but this past weekend we celebrated the world’s diversity with a Sausage Festival. That’s right, 11 types of sausages all grilled to perfection and munched on by a couple dozen guests.
That’s the first round of sausages getting ready for our bellies. The ones up top were the Duck and Veal, the ones on the left were Chicken Apple and the ones on the right were Chinese. I attribute the red color to their communist nature.
This is a model who had time between photo shoots to sample the sausage. She is happy because of the Turkey and Proscuitto sausage we brought out in wave number three.
Here is a plate of delightful sausages. And now here are the great signs created by CF. We had these out for the diners to ensure they didn’t confuse their sausages.
If you’re interested in learning more, go to FridgeWatcher. OK. The FridgeWatcher photo is a BEFORE shot of the fridge at my estate, but it shows how much room I had to fill when purchasing all the sausages.
More to come…
