Scooter forum post

Here’s what I posted to a thread on Modern Buddy a little while ago.
Taken out of context you should totally enjoy it. Comments are welcome.
You should see the crazy posts on the Pizza forum that I belong to.
It’s chock full of people regaling each other with stories of how they spilled a mushroom on their pants or burned the top of their mouth or even left the restaurant with a bit of basil obscuring their front teeth and they got sideways glances all day.
And that’s not the half of it. Some people even talk about how the Domino’s delivery guy snickers when they pull out their Inspector Gadget collectible wallet to pay for the 5-5-5 deal.
You know, just the other day I had a scary moment too. I had ordered the Uno’s individual deep dish and ALMOST forgot to get another beer to wash it down.
There’s horror wherever you look.
But what you take from other people’s experiences is what really matters. If you have a little trepidation after hearing about crashes and dripping fuel and sunburns and throttle calluses, then great! You’ll be more aware of all the things that might – and probably won’t happen to you.
You’ll be a better rider. You’ll be a better citizen. And you’ll be more informed in ways you never imagined.
No I’ve got to stop this rant. I’ve pants to clean and I think I still have that basil on my tooth.
More to come…
