uSurf – now I’ve got it

I’ve finally gotten into a little routine of using the uSurf before I jump in the shower in the morning. Today was no different than Sunday or Friday (been doing every other day). I hopped on the uSurf and let it shake my body until I felt like I might flip onto the double recliner. Then I slowed it down with the remote control and then shut it off.
Seems like a seven-minute workout is working for me. I’ve been regularly weighing myself and have seen my weight drop a little bit and have noticed more definition in my legs.
Next step is to do some core and torso workout with the uSurf. I’ll let you know how that goes.
