Have I mentioned lately that I’ve got a deadwood piece of timeshare property dragging me down?

It’s not as bad as all that. In fact, I’ve gotten a good deal ouf use out of my timeshare, but I’m ready to unload it. Here’s the listing.

You see, carrying the annual fee of $500 and not having access to the $20,000 equity the property represents, is pretty difficult in these troubled times. So I’m still looking to unload it.

In the handful of years I’ve owned it, I’ve stayed in Orlando once and have used timeshares in France and Las Vegas in the other years. It does make a great trading property, but I still want the cash in my pocket these days.
